You will start feeling initial results in your first week, in most cases, but real changes start happening by month two. Absolutely not. Every one of our supplements has been specially formulated with natural ingrededients so there is never any risk over taking too many or overdosing. You should certainly take the recommended amount labelled on the bottle, or speak to your doctor if you have health concerns unique to you and your body.
Most of our supplements have very little, to no taste - except for our powders, like protein or the red polyphenol blend (which are delicious!). You can take any supplement with a glass of water, or your favorite beverage. The taste of supplements will never get in the way!
